As a group of community leaders, socially conscious people, and engaged parents, we do what we can to help the younger generation. We know that youth leadership is essential to the world’s future success – that’s why we use this site to highlight the amazing young people we read about.
We’d love to hear stories from young people about their successes and inventions. The problem is that we’ want to hear from these young people directly, through email or filling out a form. Most of the stories we highlight have been reported elsewhere, and we’ve simply compiled them on this website. We want a marketing agency to help make us more visible to the young people doing these incredible things, and we hope you can steer us in the right direction.
Why Do We Want a Marketing Team?
As you likely know, we’ve spent the past couple of years highlighting some amazing young people and their activism, inventions, and physical feats. But, unfortunately, young people find information differently than us older people do. Typical creative marketing, like paid web advertisements, doesn’t work as well on Generation Z. While these young people have a strong preference for digital interaction, there are some idiosyncrasies about the generation that most marketing professionals don’t understand. Namely, this generation requires value-driven advertisements and clear, established missions. They want transparency and accountability in the brands and organizations they encounter. This is what we at the Youth Global Leadership Summit are all about, but we want to get our efforts in front of these younger, more conscientious eyes. That likely means some extra emphasis on social media, influencer partnerships, and search engine optimization.
What We’re Looking For
When it comes to marketing, none of us here at the Youth Global Leadership Summit are entirely sure what we need. We certainly don’t have the skills ourselves to complete the work. We may come from specific business and marketing backgrounds, but we’d like to work with a team that understands the Generation Z demographic. We compiled the below list as a sort of guideline for what we’re looking for. Boutique marketing agencies like this are in range, but maybe a little smaller? You tell us.
So, without further ado, here’s what we need:
- Search Engine Optimization
- Creative Advertising
- Content Creation
- Influencer Relations
- Social Media Management
If you know of any agency or individual who specializes in these types of marketing, we’d love to hear from you.
